A couple of twins heading out yesterday. To drive some new conveyors. Varvel gearboxes with 60mm outputs and a pair of 22kw Techtop mine spec motors. The customer was very happy with the delivery time only taking 1 day to have here from order date.

Some Hex shafts done last week complete with new rod ends.
They were made to replace some alloy ones that kept breaking on a pallet stacker.
They have left and right hand threads on either end for easy of adjustment plus being hex bar easy to hold while making adjustments.

Parts washer down. Customer needed his parts washer back up and running asap. Manufacturer said 3 to 4 weeks to get the new gearbox it also coming with a huge cost.
BPT had all the parts on the shelf.
We stock a full range of Varvel gearboxes and Techtop motors.
With some thinking outside the box we were able to adapt the old hex drive onto one of our of the shelf single output shafts. With our in house machine ability.
Turn around time 1 hour from when customer walk though the door.
Time is money. We replaced the whole unit at half the price of just the new gearbox.
Another win here at BPT.
