We see the problem. No problems to fix here at BPT. Only problem customer had was time. Down time is very expensive. Especially with these massive castors not being able to used.
So this is what we were able to do. Strip down castors removing all bearings. Then on freight to our awesome partner in re coating. Turn around 3 days. Back on freight. Re assembly of castors.
5 working days total in down time.
Not bad for a big job and having to clean prep, cook and machine all 8 massive castors.

We do some, and find some very rare things here at BPT.
Like this unique aluminium bronze..
The customer was told by alot of other suppliers that,there was no stock in Australia saying it must be sourced from overseas.
But with the experience from CJ with over 15 years sourcing the unsourcable.
BPT had it within 2 weeks of being ordered
3 weeks,ahead of anyone else that could even quote.
It looks like gold and weights about the same. This pallet weighs in at 300 plus kgs.
We done CJ finding this product. Another happy customer.

From falling apart to stripped down,re lagged and put back together in 1 week. Of course with some help from some of our excellent suppliers and the team at BPT.

BPT at it again. Customer was told no stock in Australia 6 to 8 week wait. I don't know about you but if you don't work for 2 months,the bank balance wouldn't look healthy.
We found a unit a different brand a slight ratio change for the better complete with a new hydraulic motor to boot.
Including transport time from Melbourne We had a solution and supplied to the customer within 3 days.
With our in house machining we even removed the old flange off the old unit and re fitting it with new bolts. Once again saving the customer again time and money.

The customer is up and going, with a now off the shelf gearbox from Varel and a Techtop stainless motor.
