Sterling Purity ALC2 Grease
PURITY GREASE is formulated to cover a wide range of food safe applications, encompassing extremes of temperature, wet and saturated environments, heavily loaded applications and where there is a presence of dust and other contaminants. Formulated with PAO full synthetic base oil, PTFE, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives to provide a high degree of load carrying performance.
PURITY ALC2 GREASE contain extreme pressure / anti-wear additives and PTFE to provide a high degree of load carrying performance. Recommended for bearings, bushes, chains, hinges, sprockets, slides, splines and couplings, universals and ball joints used in food processing machinery, beverage filling lines, food conveyor lines, food packaging equipment, ovens (outside oven only), freezers and cold rooms.

STERLING Lithplex Grease
LITHPLEX GREASE is an NLGI No. 2 multipurpose, extreme pressure, high melting point, lithium complex grease which contains a light tackiness agent. It offers significant advantages over conventional soap based and clay based greases in terms of shear stability, thermal stability, water resistance and pump ability.
It has a high drop point and may be used at temperatures as high as 200°C. Recommended for use in applications where high thermal resistance is required.
These applications include industrial, automotive, earthmoving mining and marine applications such as wheel bearings, chassis, boat trailer wheel bearings and other applications requiring grease lubrication.

Sterling Redtak Grease
REDTAK GREASE is a premium, heavy duty EP2 grease containing a high viscosity mineral oil, lithium thickener, special EP additive, rust and oxidation inhibitors and a tackiness agent.
REDTAK GREASE exhibits stay-in-place properties which make them particularly suitable for automotive and industrial equipment operating in wet, muddy or dusty conditions. Usable temperature range in continuous service is –20 to 140°C Maximum temperature for short term exposure is 160°C.
REDTAK GREASE is recommended primarily for chassis points, linkages, bucket pins, roller element bearings, plain bearings for low speed applications in off-road farming, earthmoving, logging, forestry, agriculture, heavy transport and dredging.

Sterling Tuff Stuff Grease
TUFF STUFF GREASE is a high-performance, multi-purpose, extreme pressure lithium complex grease developed for severe lubrication requirements across a wide range of equipment. This premium grease lubricant has excellent water washout resistance and provides extended lubrication intervals in the harsh conditions of mining, earthmoving and construction.
TUFF STUFF GREASE contains 5% molybdenum disulfide, tackifier, EP and anti-wear additives plus rust and oxidation inhibitors.
TUFF STUFF GREASE is suitable for a wide range of equipment and is designed primarily as an extreme heavy-duty mining, earthmoving and construction equipment grease and is ideally suited to the lubrication of highly loaded bucket pins, plain and rolling element bearings and able to be used in hydraulic and pneumatic hammer applications.

Sterling Silicone Grease
SILICONE GREASE is a premium, non toxic silicone compound for use in a wide variety of applications including the assembly of elastomer seals and for use on threaded parts and sliding surfaces, rubber seals, ‘o’ rings, gaskets and seals , electrical wiring and components, plug and gate valves, vacuum and pressure systems, low speed bearings.

Sterling Rubber Grease
RUBBER GREASE is a premium quality biodegradable automotive grease for use in hydraulic systems, especially braking systems, where compatibility with natural, styrene butadiene (SBR), and other types of rubber seal is desirable. Due to the vegetable base oil, the grease is resistant to hydrocarbon solvents, notably petrol and diesel. A red dye is incorporated for identification purposes.
Rubber Grease is recommended for use in hydraulic dust covers, braking system components, seals and washers, automotive shock absorbers, hydraulic system components, platen rollers. Applications where compatibility with rubber components is essential.

Sterling Copper Anti-Seize Compound
COPPER ANTI-SEIZE COMPOUND is a lead-free compound for threaded connections of pipes, flanges and threaded fasteners subjected to high temperatures and/or corrosive environments. The compound overcomes galling on assembly and greatly reduces dismantling torque. It is suitable for use as an anti-seize up to 1100oC and protects against seizure in conditions of high corrosion and chemical attack. Suitable as an anti-seize for a wide range of aggressive conditions, which include applying to pipe fittings and valves in the chemical and petrochemical industry, gas refining and for oil drilling equipment.
COPPER ANTI-SEIZE COMPOUND is recommended for bushings, chains, engines, gaskets, flanges, furnaces, heat exchangers, manifolds, nuts/bolt, reactors, screws, studs, taps, turbines, valve stems, and brake squeal. many other applications where a copper based anti-seize lubricant are required.

MARINE GREASE is an NLGI 2 green coloured, tacky, high temperature mutli-purpose calcium sulfonate complex grease that contains a special anti-rust additive for enhanced protection against rust and corrosion in marine and salt water environments. It also contains tackiness additives to allow it to stay in place providing excellent water resistance and shock loading under severe operating conditions.
MARINE GREASEhas been formulated to provide outstanding lubrication and protection in marine applications. It is suitable for both leisure craft through to industrial marine fleets. BENTONE NO-MELT GREASE is a superior quality adhesive, non-melting grease with a high viscosity base oil for use in plain and anti-friction bearings subjected to elevated temperatures and loads.
The consistency of the grease remains stable throughout a wide temperature range. Suitable for use in cars, trucks, tractors and trailers, chassis, universal joints, wheel bearings especially those operating at the high temperatures associated with disc braking systems.
